A slide is a single page in the presentation.

 

2.  What do you understand by themes? How can you modify a theme?

A theme is  a predefined set of effects, colours, layout and fonts for a presentation. A theme can also be applied to a blank presentation.

 

3.  What are templates?

A template is a ready-to-use predefined design of a presentation.

 

4.  What are the different ways of viewing a power point presentation.?

There are different views available in order to view a slide show. These are known as slide views. They are :

a.   Normal view

b.   Slide sorter view

c.   Notes page view

d.   Reading view

 

5.  Explain slide layout.

Slide layout is the arrangement of all the items in the slide, such as pictures, text, music or videos. There are several options available for slide layout.
