WORDPAD AND ITS FEATURES

 

1.  What is word wrap?

While typing text the  curser proceeds automatically from one line to the next line. This feature is called word wrap.

 

2.  What is insertion point?

The vertical blinking line on the screen is called the insertion point.

 

3.  How will you start word pad?

Word pad is opened by using the steps given below:

Click on start button, all program, accessories and word pad.

 

4.  How will you save a document?

To save a document, click on the word pad menu button, click on save as option, select the location where you wish to save the document, type the name that you want to give to the document and click on save button.

 

5.  What is a clipboard?

Clipboard is a temporary memory location in the RAM of the computer.
