1.  Why should we keep our surroundings clean?

As we keep our homes clean of dust, we should keep our surroundings clean.

Any garbage thrown causes germs.

 

3.  How are compost pits useful for plants?

We should have compost pits to throw the kitchen garbage.

 

4.  Suggest any four ways in which we can keep our surroundings clean.

b.  Avoid the accumulation of water in our surroundings.
