  LESSON – 4 INSECTS   QUESTIONS & ANSWERS :-   1.   What are insects? Name some common insects found in our surroundings. Insects are small creatures that are found almost everywhere. They are different in size, colour and features.   LESSON 7 A HOUSE   1.   Which things are used in making pucca houses? Bricks, wood, cement and steel are used in making pucca houses.   2.   What are skyscrapers? Skyscrapers are very tall buildings, which may even have a hundred storeys.   3.   Who live in tents? Why? Mountaineers, military and picnic campers live in tents. It is easy to put up and can easily be folded and carried to any other place.   4.   Where can you find stilt houses? We can find stilt houses at places where it rains a lot and where there is always a danger of flood.  

  Chapter 12 गेंद - बल्ला 1.     गिल्ली डंडे के खेल में गिल्ली को डंडे से मारते हैं। कुछ और खेल बताओ , जिनमें एक चीज़ को दूसरी से मारा जाता है। क्रिकेट पिट्टू बेस - बॉल टेनिस चिड़ी - छक्का – 2.     गेंद खो गई तो गेंद - बल्ला नहीं खेल पाएँगे। गुल्ली खो गई तो - गिल्ली - डंडा नहीं खेल पाएँगे। माँझा खो गया तो - पतंग नहीं उड़ा पाएँगे। पासा खो गया तो - लूडो   नहीं खेल पाएँगे। चिड़ी खो गई तो - चिड़ी - छक्का ( बैडमिंटन ) नहीं खेल पाएँगे। 3.     अगर तुम्हारे घर में गेंद खो गई तो कहाँ - कहाँ ढूँढ़ोगे ? पलंग   के नीचे दरवाज़ों के पीछे सोफे के नीचे बगीचे में परदों के पीछे अलमारी के नीचे    

  Chapter 7 मेरी किताब 1.     बाप रे ! इतनी किताबें ! (क) क्या तुमने भी बहुत सारी किताबें एक साथ देखी हैं ? कहाँ ? हाँ मैंने बहुत सारी किताबें एक साथ देखी हैं। हमारे विद्यालय के पुस्तकालय में बहुत सारी किताबें रखी हुई हैं।   (ख) तुम्हारे बस्ते में भी बहुत सारी किताबें होंगी। उन सभी किताबों में से तुम्हारी मनपसंद किताब कौन - सी है ? क्यों ? मेरे बस्ते में मेरे पाठ्यक्रम (syllabus) से संबंधित बहुत सारी किताबें हैं। मुझे हिन्दी तथा अंग्रेज़ी की किताब अच्छी लगती है क्योंकि इसमें बहुत सारी कहानियाँ और मज़ेदार कविताएँ होती हैं।   (ग) यहाँ कुछ किताबों के पन्नों के चित्र दिए गए हैं और उनके नाम लिखे हैं। ( कृप्या इसके लिए किताब में देखें ) तुम इनमें से कौन - सी किताब पढ़ना चाहोगे ? क्यों ? “ नाम था उसका आसमानी ” नामक किताब पढ़ना चाहूँगा। अन्य किताबों के चित्र से कहानी का अनुमान लग रहा है। परन्तु इस नाम से नहीं लग पा रहा है। यह किताब एक मछली
